ALL SMOKE
I have had my sauna for about a year. we only have it up in the colder months(Minnesota). The first year was great BUT since putting it up again we can’t even use it because of how Smokey it is. I step in and instantly start coughing and my eyes are burning. I have used different kinds of wood. I seasoned it again just to make sure I tried everything before posting. Am I not thinking of something I can do to actually be able to use it?

Hey Bradley! A couple things here:
1. Have you made sure that all the chimney pieces are tightly secured and there's no smoke leaking out of them?
2. Confirm that the rope sealant inside the door, around the glass is still there and secure.
If both of these check out, there could be a failed weld somewhere else on the stove which is causing a leak. In this case, you can reach out to support.
