Hey Wyatt, yup you can leave it up permanently. SweatTent is made from a durable, weather-resistant fabric and includes a weatherproof roof cover. Just make sure there are plenty of weights on the tent's skirt and/or it is staked down to prevent it from blowing over in the wind. Also, we do recommend packing it up for storage inside during times of extreme weather, like big snowstorms, hurricanes, tornadoes..

think it would stay cleaner if you just keep it in your garage. then you don't have to worry about birds and insects.
