Every time I sauna i usually do 3 sessions of sauna and 1 cold plunge thats 3 times a week.

I've been shooting for 3 times a week. It gets dark so early at night it's been difficult to get motivated to jump in with it dark and cold 🫠 Having a sauna to jump into makes getting in the icy water much easier though!
