Crumple City
I've had this particular sweat tent since April 2023 and have gotten it through several wind and snow-induced "crumples." I was sad to wake up and see that it couldn't handle our first few inches of snow this winter. My only complaint is that the same exact pole breaks every time it's under any sort of stress. It's the pole that goes from the stove area to the top corner by the door. It breaks off inside the metal connector in the middle and is a real pain to get the broken piece out and a new pole back in. I understand they are not likely made to withstand the extreme weather where I live, but it should have been able to handle this load, and I just replaced this pole earlier this summer after a wind storm. Anyway, love my tent, just wanted to send pics and description for R&D purposes I guess. And I'll have to order another pole...

Hey @upwoodswoman hate to see this. Did you already order another pole? Happy to help with that if you haven't already.

Mine has crumpled in as little as 2” of snow. Depends on the snow obviously (wet snow weighs more). I had to brace the inside center to help prevent it from falling. Kind of works but I have to brush off any major accumulation.
And the top cover is not slick, so any and all snow sticks!
Might have to wax it or coat it with something.
Design improvements:
1. they should offer a center support option
2. The top could have or be suggested to have a coating
The other issue I have, this isn‘t something you take down and reset up quickly, nor is it something that stores in a small space. The spin the advertisements that way….and granted it is more portable than a barrel sauna. But it isn’t “just go set it up and tear down” in minimal time.
Due to other issues support said “you should take it down and store it inside after each use”. Hahaha. No.
