Just wanted to say customer service has been amazing! Had an issue with my zipper on the entrance door so I contacted them on Saturday night and within in a few hours they responded by sending a brand new tent. No questions asked. Just did the right thing immediately! I already love the product after months of use. On top of that every interaction I’ve had with customer service has been prompt and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
