My son had a sweat tent and loved it so much he recommended to my friend to purchase for me. His tent recently had the window rip out and has not been able to get ahold of anyone for customer Support. There is no phone number just a form to fill out which he has done multiple times with no response. My daughter in law has done content for your company and she also can not get a response. I am very worried about the fact that we cannot seem to get ahold of anyone. Can job please help me or send me in the right direction to get assistance with fixing this issue? He has pictures which he can forward to you. Or I can we just can’t seem to speak to anyone from your company!
