Glass door cracked right away - first heating
The glass cracked immediatey on heating the stove. Is this normal? Can you send replacement glass?
It brand new and I just unpacked the stove and was heating it.

I reported my glass broken in shipping via the website contact page last week. I just received order confirmation for the free replacement.

Customer service will take care of you. My glass broke during the seasoning process. Customer services got me squared away.
