My Biggest Wellness Challenges
My biggest challenge at the moment has been nutrition. I love food, especially variety. But most of the recipes or guides I see online are just not appealing to me at all. And I don't know if I can or want to do meal prepping, but do see the benefit from it.
I don't think I eat particularly poorly, but I have no idea whether my overall nutrition matches my (not too strenuous) workout routine or not.
Would love to know what your typical nutritional plan is? Do you wing it? Meal prep? Stick to a guide?

ChatGPT has been a really great tool to generate meal plans based on whatever requirements or goals you give it. AND you can specify to have variety and flavor, it will even organize the shopping list for you and give you all the recipes!
