Our Winter Sauna & Cold Plunge Challenge
In the winter of 2024, we decided to take on a challenge that seemed as crazy as it was promising: using our sauna tent and cold plunge every other night. The idea? To see if we could survive alternating between sweating like a sauna-baked potato and freezing like a popsicle, all in the name of health.
The first few sessions were, let’s say, “character-building.” We’d emerge from the sauna feeling like we could conquer the world, only to face the shock of the ice-cold plunge. But we kept going, alternating like gluttons for punishment. As the weeks passed, something remarkable happened: sleep. It was deep, it was restorative, and we woke up feeling like we’d just been rebooted. The skin? Glowing. Like we’d traded our winter pallor for a fresh coat of vitality.
By the end of the season, we were true converts—healthier, happier, and with skin that would make a skincare guru jealous.
