I have had the SweatTent for about a year and a half now. Customer service has been amazing. They replaced two furnace doors that broke. The first had a hinge break (but understandable I use this a lot), then they replaced it but it got damaged in shipping and replaced it for a third time without question. I am out of warranty, but I am wondering if SweatTent would make the structural poles available for purchase as a replacement for any broken one's customers might have. I broke one by unproperly folding it down (so my fault) and the other time a pole broke was when we got about an inch of snow and then it melted the next day and collapsed my tent by making a pool of water. I currently am supporting my tent with a 2x4 but one of the best things about this product is its portability which I am lacking at the moment.
