Routine to combine sauna with cold exposure?

Is there a recommended protocol to get started with a combination of sauna and ice baths or cold showers?

A great beginner protocol is a few rounds of 10 minutes in the sauna, 2-3 minutes in the ice bath! As you adjust to the contrast, you can start to up your times!
