Sauna Tent XL Hole
Got a hole in the sauna tent xl after using it once, I don't know if it was the water or that the tent material got too close to the stove, but I think these things shouldn't get holes in them?
Loved the product idea, but this has made it untenable for me to recommend to people. I used it just once and this happened. So sad.

I have had the XL over a year and with zero issues. I use the tent 3 times a week sometime 5 times a week. my only guess is make sure you have tent set up as wide as it will go. I added some heat diffusers because the radiant heat from the hot stove is pretty dam hot. Glad customer service took care of you!

Customer service was quick replace one for free. Good for Sweat Tent ... though still don't know how it could be designed with this major flaw...

Have contacted customer support to see if there's anything that can be done but so far no response yet. Will report back if I get anything.
