Stove Life/ Longevity

Purchased Sweat Tent this time last year. Have used it frequently 2-3 times a week for 8 of the last 12 months and for the 4 months it was not in use we cleaned & stored it in an appropriate space. Over the last month I have noticed that I cannot get Sauna temp up over 160-165. I have exhausted the following troubleshooting steps:

- cleaned out chimney pipe

- changed up firewood

- recalibrated / verified thermometer is at right setting

Anyone else seeing same issue ? last session took almost an entire bag of firewood just to get up past 140 degrees.

My stove has issues and some workmanship problems. See my photos. customer support has been useless. Within a few months the rivets and edges are rusting and have buildup. Heating isn’t great.

Each time I post or send in for help, I get no response.

I only got one response which said “it’s normal for the stove to rust/build up and that I should take the structure down and store inside after each use.“ I live in a very dry area, so rust/build up shouldnt be an issue (not in 3 months. And the other fact is just not practical.

I think they have quality issues, the designs of the stove keep changing. And they don’t want to own up to design issues.
