Sweat tent arrived inside out

Hey all.

I could use some guidance.

I received my sweat tent in July and went to put it together today as the temps drop up north and when I opened the box and bag, the tent appears to be packed or assembled inside out. The grey interior material is fully on the outside.

At first I assumed it was just folded oddly, so I went through the manual step-by-step, watched setup videos, and tried to flip and re-form the frame.

After two hours of trying, it’s pretty clear the seams and structure are fixed in a way that can’t simply be reversed. So right now it’s not usable as intended.

Has anyone had this happen before?

If so, how did you resolve it?

Did you end up needing a replacement or is there an actual method to fix this that I’m missing?

Any advice would be appreciated. I’d like to avoid sending it back if there’s a known fix and get this bad boy fired up before the snow hits!

Thanks in advance for any guidance.

My tent also arrived inside out last year. I struggled with it in two separate attempts on two separate days and couldn't get it up.

I posted in here and contact customer service and they sent me a new tent that I got up in a few minutes.
