Tent filled with smoke
I tried warming the tent today and it filled with smoke. It seems to be spilling out of the small door for I steering wood. How can I stop this?

I have had this happen a couple of times. First time, the chimney vent at the top of the stack had become fouled with particulates, hit with my leaf blower problem solved. The second time I had smoke inside the tent, I overloaded the stove with to much wood. I actually blocked the smoke from escaping. Once the wood slowly burned down a bit, smoke was able to escape, stove could breathe and no more smoke in the tent. Nothing worse than smoke in the tent.

Did you find a solution to this?
We’re also getting some smoke inside the tent. Stove has been seasoned as well. Most of the smoke is going out the chimney but some is inside the tent. Kind of worried about breathing in smoke. Our clothes smell like we’ve been in a fire after a sauna session.

I had the same issue when I forgot to open the air vent at the bottom. The back pressure helps to smoke go up the Chimney.

Hey! A couple things to check here:
1. i assume you have, but did you season the stove prior to use?
2. Have you made sure that all the chimney pieces are tightly secured and there's no smoke leaking out of them?
3. Confirm that the rope sealant inside the door, around the glass is still there and secure.
If both of these check out, there could be a failed weld somewhere else on the stove which is causing a leak. In this case, you can reach out to support (contact@sweattent.com).
