I definitely think an upgrade to prevent rain from coming in through the chimney and into the stove. Maybe - flashing for the opening for the chimney too.

I thought it might be a nice addition to provide an empty, fillable sand tube that could be filled with sand to place around the tent skirt to weigh it down. Basically a matching black fabric of sorts. Speaking of black, I would’ve loved the option to order a more natural looking color, like cream or tan.

Also, as someone else mentioned, a more detailed instruction video (I have the XL) would’ve been helpful. I actually ended up using a video for a random camping tent I found online that had the same parts/setup. I’m just unboxing ours, so this is all I’ve got for now.

In addition to what has been mentioned so far, I would like to find smaller sauna seats (chairs/stools, perhaps?) to allow for more flexible seating arrangements and extensions. Also better gloves -- the pair that came with my tent aren't great hand protection and the plastic on the outside overheats in the sauna.

Just a few thoughts for 2025 after having my sauna for a month.

  • Setup: It was a real struggle. It might have been because mine was shipped inside out. I read the instructions and watched the video several times and it still took hours for me to figure it out. Pretty frustrating to be honest. I'd recommend looking into how to make the set up more intuitive or at the very least, have the set up video be much more in detail.
  • Snow Accessory: We had a light dusting of snow and it was enough to collapse the top roof. I'm using a 2x4 to hold it up but might be a nice accessory to offer for those in cold climates
  • Rain Accessory: It might not be avoidable but my stove seems to collect water on the inside every time it rains. Makes sense because the stove pipe has a hole in both the roof and rain cover. It does concern me slightly that in the long term, it could cause premature rusting
  • Maintenance: I think it would be great to provide either more instruction or possibly sell a kit that helps you weatherproof your stove each year. It's a pretty sizable investment and being able to protect it and prevent rust is really important
  • Sauna Rocks: I agree with @andy. I think this needs a redesign. When I apply even the smallest amount of water it all runs out the back. That defeats the purpose of the bucket and ladle and I've taken to using a spray bottle instead. When I lift it off the stove it's brown underneath. Not sure if that's just from the weight or is leading to possible rusting

i think offering separate products so people can upgrade or buy separately if they run into issues. this can be the stove package or tent it self! I also think your sauna rock holder could be better if it wasn’t foldable, the problem in my opinion with that design is that water seeps from the edges and falls onto the stove it self and could potentially cause premature corrosion and leads to premature stove cracks and breakdown. The newer stove looks (black version) looks good just got mine today, thicker and feels more solid the ash pan looks definitely better this time as the gage in thickness looks bigger then the previous one so less warping from heat . I also think the poles to the tent should be better quality if that’s possible they seem to hold up fine but ive had to replace a few of mine already. Other than that you guys make a killer product and your customer service is top notch and you actually care so yeah im with you guys for the long haul!

Cheers Andy.
