Window covers

I live in the Midwest where it’s been a cold spring thus far. I’m noticing the sweat tent doesn’t maintain heat very long.

can the sweat tent be operate with the window covers on to try and increase the heat retention?

I often will just take one window panel off for this exact reason during winter. I’m sure it will retain more heat if you leave them all on. I’d bring a light in there so you can see, though!

Good question! Yes, leaving the covers on will help retain heat. You can also adjust the vents and insulation at the bottom of the tent to mitigate cold air coming in.
