Replacing poles
Hello everyone! I received my tent and abs love it, however. The shipper damaged one of the support poles. Now the company is so kind as to give 2 extras with it but no directions on how to replace. The black plastic mount the go into seems to be part of the outside anchor but I’m worried if I start unscrewing it the whole wall will come apart. Does anyone know how to replace one of these poles?

@maxheath can you assist? I’ve been asking through email and have got zero response as to how to change the poles and am worried I might create more of a headache just messing around with it. It’s the lower right pole behind the stove. The side with no windows. Lower right of the letter X if that makes sense. it looks like the middle plastic holder is part of the outside tether and I’m just worried if I unscrew it the other 3 poles are going to go flying.
